Have you seen PTRC's exciting new website yet? It introduces a range of exciting features. In order to login to the enhanced area, My PTRC, to use its new functions and take advantage of all its goodness which are only available to those registered, just send us an email at web.support@ciltuk.org.uk and we’ll send you the link to create your new username and password. This can take up to 24 hours.
When you create your new username and password, ensure it is a minimum of seven characters.You may want to use your usual email address as your username.
And remember a mix of capitals and lower case letters and numerals is always advisable in passwords, not just for our site, but whatever website you are joining.
The informative new website is just part of a suite of IT improvements we are introducing. We have a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system in place that means we can personalise the service you receive from us and ensure you receive information that matches your interests and career.
