Norman Baker, Parliamentary under Secretary for Transport will give a speech about proposals at the Better Bus Area and BSOG Reform Conference on 25th April in Birmingham. The conference will be chaired by Professor Peter Mackie of Institute of Transport Studies, University of Leeds. The full programme of the conference is now out.
