Appointed in October 1997 to manage Phase II of the Phare Multi-Country Transport Programme Management and Technical Training Project. With a budget of 3.3 MEURO for a contract period of 26 months this was the world’s largest training programme ever for the transport sector. The programme involved managing the delivery of 23 course topics across the region at more than 50 individual events and resulted in 1200 trained personnel
