This 1.5 day seminar will focus on imparting the facts, theories and reality of Concessionary Travel Reimbursement and will be aimed at senior practitioners and those with responsibility for finance.
Each session will cover what the impacts of change and what the future options might be.

• Revenue reimbursement and the DfT RAT
• Smart Cards - what they can and cannot do (ITSO + Euclid)
• Additional Costs
• Appeals, JRs, etc
• The future - panel discussion
Speakers will represent the Department for Transport, operators and those working for the private sector implementing concessionary fares schemes
