Urban Movement is a transport planning and street design practice that specialises in handling the many, different and often competing demands for movement in towns and cities. We do this in ways that both respond to and influence land use, that respect the built environment, and that help create places people enjoy. We never take design solutions off-the-peg, because we know that an understanding of the local context is an essential driver of the best design response. Though small, we have significant expertise and experience in transport planning, traffic engineering, landscape architecture and urban design. Our current portfolio includes a wide range of project types in a variety of different types of place, like Wembley, Romford and Ealing in London, and Glasgow, Newcastle and North Berwick.
